The Priory Bells

are a fine ring of ten…

with ages spanning over 660 years from 1350 to 2014.

The sharp 7th semitone bell gives the Priory’s bells significantly more musical flexibility than other rings of ten allowing them to be rung in a great variety of musical scales and keys.

There’s lots more about the bells and their history here, and there’s info on bell-ringing on the music page.
